You use one of our calculators for an instant range, or fill out the contact form. Either way, the request lands in our project lead's inbox.

What you get: a reply within one business hour. Real human, no chatbot.

Days 1–7 · Free

On-site measure & scope

We come to your home. We measure. We look at access, drainage, foundation, framing, and finishes. We ask what you've imagined, what you've ruled out, and what your budget looks like.

What you get: a clear understanding of what's possible, what isn't, and where we'd push back vs. agree.

Days 7–14 · Free

Fixed-price written proposal

You receive a PDF with line items for labour, materials, permits, disposal, cleanup, and a small contingency. Plus a payment schedule and start date.

What you get: a number that doesn't move. If we missed something, that's on us, not on you.

Weeks 2–N · Build

Permit, design, build

We handle City of Ottawa permits, drawings, and inspections. Your project manager texts you weekly photo updates, flags anything unusual the same day, and keeps the schedule live in a shared calendar.

What you get: total transparency. You always know what's happening, who's on site, and what's next.

Final week · Handoff

Walk-through, sign-off, and warranty

Before final payment, we walk every inch with you. Anything on your list gets fixed before we leave. Then we hand over your 10-year written workmanship warranty.

What you get: a finished project and a builder you can call for the next decade if anything we did doesn't hold up.
